DSC03757.JPG - The "classic" floppy drive of the C128 was a successor of the 1541; here it is the 1541-II handling single-sided 170 kB diskettes. Cutting out a write-protect notch enables to reverse the diskette for using the back side ("flippy disk"). The 1541-II has an external power supply and two dip switches to set the ID (8,9,10 or 11).
